Kofly Private Limited is a registered Indian spice exporter. We provide:

Export of whole, ground, and seed spices
Product quotations and specifications

3. Quotes and Orders

Quotes: All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability and market fluctuations.

Minimum Order Quantities: Each product has a specified MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), typically ranging from 1 MT to 5 MT.

Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after receipt of a signed Proforma Invoice and advance payment as agreed.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices are quoted in USD, EUR, or INR based on mutually agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.).

Payment Terms: Standard terms are 30-50% advance, balance against copy of Bill of Lading or as per Letter of Credit. Payment methods include wire transfer, LC, or as mutually agreed.

Currency Risk: Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Quality Assurance

All products are inspected and tested before shipment. We provide:

Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from accredited laboratories
Phytosanitary certificates
Spices Board registration details
FSSAI and other compliance documentation

Quality claims must be raised within 7 days of port arrival with supporting lab reports.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Lead Time: Typical lead time is 15-30 days from order confirmation, subject to production and shipping schedules.

Risk Transfer: Risk and title transfer as per agreed Incoterms. Kofly is not liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, or force majeure events.

Insurance: Cargo insurance is the buyer's responsibility unless CIF terms are agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability
